Your QuickBooks customers are available directly inside Missing Toolkit: Estimates. Associate any estimate with a QuickBooks customer so your records stay connected across both systems.

Push Estimates to QuickBooks

When your estimate is ready, push it directly to QuickBooks Online. Line items, quantities, and amounts are mapped automatically so you can move from estimate to invoice without re-entering data.

Items and Services

Map your estimate line items to QuickBooks products and services. This ensures your estimates use the same items that appear on your invoices and reports.

How It Works

Connect Your Account

Click the "Connect to QuickBooks" button in your team settings. You'll be redirected to Intuit to authorize the connection using OAuth 2.0.

Create and Finalize Estimates

Build your estimates in Missing Toolkit: Estimates with line items, versions, and pricing. Associate each estimate with a QuickBooks customer.

Push to QuickBooks

When you're ready, push a version of your estimate to QuickBooks Online. The estimate appears in QuickBooks with all line items and amounts intact.

Privacy and Security

OAuth 2.0 authorization — we never see your QuickBooks password
Disconnect at any time from your team settings or directly from QuickBooks
Access tokens are securely stored and automatically refreshed
We only access the data needed to sync customers, items, and estimates
